EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON THE BEHAVIOUR OF FIBER REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL

Abstract: There have been numerous studies on the composite laminated structures which find many applications in many engineering fields namely aerospace, biomedical, civil, marine and automobile engineering because of their ease of handling, good mechanical properties and low fabrication cost. They also possess excellent damage tolerance and impact resistance. With the development of automobile technology, more and more light-weight materials are applied to automobile components. In this present work, the composite laminate is fabricated (300mm X 300mm) with different fiber and resin ratio (1 : 1.5, 1 : 1.75, 1 :2) (i.e.) weight of fiber and resin along with different ply orientations (0° / 90° / 0° / 90°), (0° / 30° / 60° / 90°) and (0° / +45° / 90° / -45°) on the woven glass fiber and polyester resin. The most important variables like fiber material, matrix material, fiber orientation, fiber: matrix ratios and the mechanical behaviour are investigated experimentally as per ASTM standards in order to determine the strength of the material like impact, tensile and flexural. From these test results on different ply orientations and different fiber : resin ratios, the suitable ply orientation and the fiber resin ratio can be found out and used as a alternate material for the application on glass fiber reinforced polymer composites.

Abstract: A social networking site is effective way of communication, data sharing all over the world. These social networking sites allow users to communicate only on their site. So there is need of integrating these social networking sites so that user from one SNS can communicate with other SNS user. So in our proposed system by identifying “global relationship” among registered users over heterogeneous SNSs, this system allows for users from different SNSs to interconnect their various networks. Integrated heterogeneous SNSs provide different services of different SNSs over a single platform. Here we are providing I-search mechanism to find online users. Also provide efficient path establish feature with low time complexity.

Abstract: Employee monitoring system using android mobile is, essentially, software that allows Managers to monitor their Employee’s office cell phone. All incoming and outgoing calls, texts and multimedia messages can be seen and interrupted by the Managers, who can also monitor where their Employee are (through GPS), access a history of where they’ve been and set up alerts if their Employee are going outside of approved geographical zones This system uses Android based mobile phones for the software to be run. The mobile device in the hand of the Employee should be an Android based device and the Managers may have any kind mobile devices, since they are going to receive alerts from the Employee in SMS format only. For convenience, the alerts are also stored in the centralized server like the details of incoming call, text and multimedia messages and the timely location update of their Employee. Managers may later login into the centralized server and view the details of their Employee’s mobile usage. By using this system, we can avoid the unnecessary things happened for the Employee those who are having mobile phones by monitoring their mobile phone usage and also by tracking their current location through the GPS.
